It went well today, we did lots of drills again on catch and rotation of freestyle. There was lots of stopping and starting so it seemed to go on for awhile.

Long Long run, it went really well, felt great throughout the whole run. Boosted my confidence about running the half and that I can do it. Hip and tummy were a little sore but got through it ok.

Nice morning for a run, ran around the park a few times then up the hill and around the park again! then home. Felt good today.

A very windy windy run, made it so much harder to run. Ran up Mt Albert, around it three times and then ran the streets of Mt Albert and Kingsland. Was dyeing for a glass of water my whole run.
